Our boxing class schedule is built around three kinds of session: coached boxing classes, conditioning classes, and open gym. Most members pick two or three coached classes a week and use open gym around them.

Which class times suit beginners
If you have never boxed, start with Beginner Boxing. It runs six times a week, so there is a morning and an evening option most days. After a few weeks your coach will move you into Adult Boxing. Read more on our beginner boxing classes page.
How many classes a week to book
Three sessions a week is the sweet spot for most people. The CDC recommends 75 minutes of vigorous activity or 150 minutes of moderate activity each week for adults, plus two days of muscle strengthening. Two boxing classes and one conditioning class covers that comfortably.
How open gym works
Members can use the workout areas any time during opening hours, as long as no class is running in that area. Open gym is where people drill combinations, hit the bags and use the fitness center at their own pace.
Holidays and closures
If we close for a holiday or bad weather, we post on every social channel and on the gym door. Check the calendar above or call (215) 458-8773 before you travel.
Planning your first week
Book one beginner class early in the week and one later, with at least a day between them. Your shoulders and calves will be sore after the first session, and a rest day lets you come back properly. By the second week most people add a third session, often cardio boxing or bootcamp.
Early morning and lunchtime options
If evenings are hard, the 6:00 AM classes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday are cardio boxing, and Tuesday and Thursday start with Strength and Strike. Adult Boxing runs at 12:00 PM on Tuesday and Thursday for people who train on a lunch break. The same coaches run every time slot, so the quality does not drop outside peak hours.
