Guide Everything about your free boxing class
Your free boxing class is a full, normal class, not a sales tour. Book any session on the timetable, arrive ten minutes early, borrow our gloves, and decide afterwards with no pressure and no card on file.
Which class to pick
What happens when you arrive
- A coach greets you and shows you around.
- You sign the waiver in person.
- You borrow gloves and wraps and learn how to wrap your hands.
- You do the class at your own pace.
What happens after
If you want to keep training, we talk through the membership plans, starting at $85 a month. If you do not, that is the end of it. There is no follow up sales call.
Why we offer a free class
Boxing is easier to judge by feel than by photos. One class tells you whether the coaching, the room and the people suit you. The CDC recommends adults get 75 minutes of vigorous activity a week, and a single boxing class is a good way to see if this is how you want to get it.
Bring a friend
Friends get a free boxing class too. Most people find the first session easier with someone they know.
Before you come: a quick checklist
- Athletic clothes and sneakers.
- A full water bottle.
- Arrive ten minutes before the class starts.
- Tell the coach about any injuries.
- Leave rings and watches at home.
